Our services include issuing a proof of accommodation, signed by the property owner with an officially certified signature. This document can be used as part of an application for:
- temporary residence,
- long-term visa,

We issue the proof of accommodation only. Residence permits and visas must be applied for directly with the relevant Czech authorities.
For an additional fee, we can assist with filling out your application form and accompany you to your appointment at the immigration office. We can also provide interpretation if needed.

How to easily obtain proof of accommodation for your residence application
First, contact us – write, call, or stop by in person.
Once we agree, you can pay by bank transfer, online card payment, or in cash.
We will then issue your confirmation – the address is yours immediately.
The document will be handed over to you in person, sent by post, or electronically.

Proof of accommodation can be provided in several ways:
- confirmation of accommodation,
- lease or sublease agreement,
- proof of ownership of an apartment or house.
By law, the property must be marked with a descriptive, registration, or orientation number and designated for housing, accommodation, or recreation.

How does payment work and when will I receive confirmation?
Once the details are agreed, we will send you a pro forma invoice. After payment (in cash or by bank transfer), you will receive the original confirmation within two business days – either in person by post, or electronically.

Can the confirmation be issued electronically?
Yes. We will provide you with an authorized electronic version. The confirmation can also be sent directly to the Ministry of the Interior – via data mailbox or e-mail with an electronic signature.
